My name is Tanya and I’m the practicing Naturopath at Health@Hand. I am passionate about holistic health and wellness; and I’d love to help you and your family along your own health journey.
Naturopathic treatments at Health@Hand combine current scientific evidence and traditional healing modalities. A holistic approach to health and healing is necessary in successful treatment and at Health@Hand we encompass the body, mind and soul for an integrated, whole person approach.
As a Naturopath, my main aim is to listen and support you on your own health and wellness journey. With a better understanding of your own health condition, you will naturally start to make better choices and support your own body to heal itself.

Children -Having raised two healthy boys for the last 7 years, I must say I have learnt a thing or two along the way! Children tend to respond faster than adults in treatment and setting them up for good health is our responsibility and it's never too late to start. Supporting your Childs health from birth (also pre-conception and in pregnancy) will give your child a head start and can enhance their health and resilience for life!
